1. Acceptance of terms

By using the IPTV Max Nordic service, you fully accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

IPTV Max Nordic provides access to television content via the Internet. The service includes more than 35,000 live channels, 80,000 VOD titles and electronic programme guide (EPG).

3. Permitted use

The service is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. The following is prohibited:

• Reselling or redistributing the service
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Using the service for commercial purposes
• Attempting to hack or compromise the infrastructure

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are available on a monthly (€14.99), quarterly (€34.99) or yearly (€69.99) basis. Payments are processed through secure providers. Automatic refunds are not provided except as indicated in the refund policy.

5. Service availability

We commit to guaranteeing 99.9% uptime. In case of technical interruptions, lost time will be compensated with an equivalent extension of the subscription.

6. Limitation of liability

IPTV Max Nordic is not liable for indirect, accidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

7. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by EU consumer protection law and applicable Nordic country law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, parties commit to attempting an amicable resolution before resorting to legal authorities. The competent forum is the consumer's residence, in accordance with applicable Nordic consumer protection legislation.

10. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. Details of the procedure are in our refund policy.
